New Bobby Brown Cream Eyeliner

This Bobby Brown eyeliner is great. It goes on easier than a traditional liquid liner, but you will need to apply it with a quality fine-tip brush. I have found that some of the other cream or gel eyeliners on the market don't have the same staying power as this one. It only takes a few seconds to dry and then stays put all day. It also has a satin finish, similar to a liquid eyeliner, which is great if you're going for the 1940/50's look which is huge at the moment.
